General Responsibilities (Role-Dependent)
- Perform or manage general home maintenance, remodeling, flooring, carpentry, painting, and drywall tasks.
- Supervise onsite work and ensure projects meet our high quality standards.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with homeowners, internal teams, and suppliers.
- Prepare estimates, bids, and project documentation.
- Manage office operations and scheduling (for administrative roles).
Qualifications
- Prior experience in general handyman work, remodeling, or specific trades (carpentry, painting, drywall, etc.).
- Must be able to pass a strict background check and skills assessment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills for management roles.
- Ability to manage schedules and meet deadlines.
- Reliable, professional, and committed to respectful service.
- Knowledge of construction plans or estimating software (preferred for PMs/Estimators).
